The department cooperates with such foreign partners as the departments and clinics of orthopaedics and traumatology of Russia, Central Asia, Germany, Poland, the USA. 

Clinical work is conducted at the departments of “KyivRegionalClinicalHospital”, Orthopedic and Traumatological Unit of City Clinical Hospital No. 4 of Kyiv, Centre of Orthopaedics, Traumatology and Sports Medicine of Clinical Hospital "Feofaniia". Annually, the staff members of the department perform over 400 operations (75% of the 4th degree of difficulty) at the clinical sites.

The patients consult the staff members of the department on the basis of Consultation Clinic “Kyiv Regional Clinical Hospital".
