June, 20 – 21, 2019 by the Kyiv municipal clinical ophthalmology hospital “Center of microsurgery of eye” jointly with the department of ophthalmology Shupik National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education, by the department of ophthalmology of the Zaporizhzhia State Medical University, Public Association "All Ukrainian alliance of cataract and refractive surgeons" are passed a scientific and practical conference on international participation of  “SHEVALOVSKIY READING '19” for ophthalmologists and child's ophthalmologists, that passed in the Congress center “Khortytsia Palace” Zaporizhzhia.

To date, more and more scientific data is being published on the Internet by open access.

However, according to Larsen P.O. et al., despite the fact that the amount of open information on the Internet grows by 57% per year, the publication of the Web of scientific data is characterized by significant inertia, and their growth varies between 1.6% and 14%, depending on the type of publication and the field of research.

In May 31-June 4 thr Ass.-Prof. of Oncology Department of the Shupyk NMAPE Olga Ponomaryova took part in The 2019 ASCO Annual Meeting, taking place in Chicago (Il., USA). This outstanding global oncological event broght together more than 32,000 oncology professionals from across the whole world. 

On the June 12-16, 2019 the IX European pediatrics congress “Europaediatrics-2019” took place in Dublin (Ireland). Doctors and scientists from more than 46 countries were participated there, including Ukrainians. The Congress is conducting every two years by the European Pediatric Association / Union of the National European pediatric societies and Associations (EPA / UNEPSA).

On May 8, 2019 interns of the Department of Surgery and Vascular Surgery of the Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education took part in a large-scale, already traditional, flashmob of Kyiv medical workers "For a healthy lifestyle" dedicated to The Medical Worker Day.

June 4, 2019, at the meeting of the Academic Council of the Surgical Faculty of the Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education was the final certification of 4 clinical residents of the Department of Surgery and Vascular Surgery.
